Kot povzemajo pri Banki Slovenije:
“Kljub upadanju števila prodaj cene stanovanjskih nepremičnin še naprej naraščajo. K rasti cen stanovanjskih nepremičnin največ prispeva omejena ponudba stanovanjskih nepremičnin, ki zaostaja za povpraševanjem, ki ga krepijo nizka brezposelnost, rast plač in nizka zadolženost gospodinjstev. Z znižanjem obrestnih mer se je stanje stanovanjskih posojil začelo ponovno hitreje povečevati. Cene poslovnih nepremičnin so kljub upadu števila prodaj še naprej naraščale, vendar zaradi majhnosti trga precej nihale.”

Bank of Slovenia Financial Stability Report – Real Estate Market: October 2024
In the current Financial Stability Report, the Bank of Slovenia also analyses developments on the property market.
As summarised by the Bank of Slovenia:
“Despite a decline in the number of sales, residential property prices continue to rise. The main contributor to the rise in residential property prices is the limited supply of residential property, which is lagging demand, which is being boosted by low unemployment, wage growth and low household indebtedness. With interest rates falling, the stock of housing loans has started to increase again at a faster pace. Commercial property prices continued to rise despite the decline in sales, but fluctuated significantly due to the small size of the market.”
